Registered members should complete the Self-Assessment Tool at least once every three years. SATs may be requested as part of the CCP audit process. As of July 2014, they are completed online and will be retained in the CCP system. Paper or Word versions completed prior to 2014 must be retained for a minimum of 5 years. Under the HPA, the College is required to monitor the effectiveness of the CCP and each regulated member's participation in the program. As discussed in the CCP Guidelines, a random review/audit of regulated member CCP submissions is conducted by the Continuing Competency Committee.
